Find out what you like about your body. Ask yourself some questions. Remember we are looking at the things you like about who you are, your positive body image. Let us look closer at how you currently feel about yourself. What do you love about you? What do you think is okay about you? How in a positive way can you improve what you think is just okay; to what you think is fantastic? Is it your hair cut? The way you dress? The way you talk.

When we talk about loving who we are; we are not talking about conceit. It is about respecting and looking after our bodies.

Getting a positive body image can be as hard or as easy as you make it. Positive body image is about feeling and looking good. Because if you do not look good to you, then you will not feel good about you and versa versa.

No matter what body shape you are; your hair colour or your skin colour. You need to be positive about YOU! You need to like who you are. This is the first step to getting a positive body image. Liking who you are.

Second step on your journey to positive body image is to look after your body. By following a healthy well balanced food plan. By eating healthy foods and looking after your body you will find that your emotions are more positive, because you have the nutrients that your body needs. You will feel better emotionally, physically and spiritually.

In your goal of achieving a positive body image you do not want to go overboard with exercise or cutting back to much on your food intake.
