Tattoos Body Parts not to Tattoo

I honestly can only think of two parts of the human body that are not able to be tattooed. The eyes and the hair. Although if they thought about it long enough I am relatively sure that they would be able to find a way to do that too. There are several places on the body that I would question as to why it is tattooed, but there are not any areas that are not able to be tattooed. From the bottom of your feet al the way up to the top of your head and everything in between. As long as it is skin it is a canvas for a tatoo artist. I have personally seen eyelids, the inside of lips, arm pits, and so many other strange and even some unmentionable body parts tattooed.

As far as having the ability to tattoo a certain body part there is no limit. However, if you are looking to get a tattoo in a strange area there are a few things to keep in mind. Who is going to see it? Why do you want it? Will it be something you will always want? How will it look in the years to come after age and gravity take hold of your body.

It isn’t a matter of what body part you have tattooed; it’s a matter of how that body part gets tattooed. Let me explain. When a light or pastel color is used the artist has to go into your skin a bit deeper to get the color the show vibrantly. When you are using a dark or bold color the artist can just barely puncture the skin and the ink will show just fine. Keeping this in mind will help when deciding where to get the tattoo placed.

Different parts of the body will hold different levels of pain. This is for different reasons. Some areas are just naturally tougher than others. Some areas have more nerve endings than others. These things all contribute to the pain level in each person receiving the tattoo. For some people the areas that have thin sensitive skin will be more painful. To others areas with more fatty tissue will be more painful. It always depends on the person.

Another thing to keep in mind is the process of getting a tattoo. If you get a tattoo on your rear end you will have to be in front of the tattoo artist with your pants down. So, shy people should keep things like this in mind.

It is true that where there is skin ink can be applied. First thing you need to do is make sure that your tattoo artist is not only able but also willing to do what you want. Especially if you have a request for certain body parts that are out of the ordinary to be tattooed.
